MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 575 Letter filed by Holly Dickson. ENDORSEMENT: The Court is in receipt of the letter at Dkt. No. 575 filed by Plaintiff Holly Dickson ("Plaintiff") requesting that the Court "correct the memo endorsement entered at Dkt. No. 557 on August 27, 2026" (the "Memo Endorsement"). (Dkt. No. 575). Plaintiff states that the Memo Endorsement referred to the extension request filed by Blalock Walters Defendants (Dkt. No. 549) rather than the extension request filed by the Bush Ross Defendants. (Dkt. No. 550). Plaintiff, however, attached the Blalock Walters Defendants' extension request to her opposition (Dkt. No. 554 (the "Opposition")), which is why the Court refers to it in the Memo Endorsement. (Dkt. No. 557). In any case, whether Plaintiff intended to oppose the extension request filed by Blalock Walters Defendants (Dkt. No. 549) or the extension request filed by the Bush Ross Defendants (Dkt. No. 550), her objection remains OVERRULED. As for the Court's reference to Plaintiff's "delayed" filing of her Opposition, the Court clarifies that it was not attributing such delay to Plaintiff, but rather explaining that due to her pro se status, although Plaintiff submitted her Opposition on August 18, 2026, the Clerk of Court did not enter the filing until August 24, 2026. (Dkt. No. 557). The Court agrees with Plaintiff that such delay was administrative and not attributable to Plaintiff. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Magistrate Judge Sarah L. Cave on 9/21/2026) (ar)
