Scheduling Order
SCHEDULING ORDER: In light of the report that the case has not settled (see ECF No. 46), the Court sets the following schedule for the remainder of discovery. Identification of case-in-chief experts and service of Rule 26 disclosures shall be completed by October 5, 2026. Identification of rebuttal experts and service of Rule 26 disclosures shall be completed by November 2, 2026. The close of all discovery, including expert discovery, will be December 7, 2026.
