PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants' Motion to Stay Case Pending Ruling on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (DE 26 ) ("Motion to Stay"). In the Motion to Stay, Defendants request that the Court stay these proceedings pending a ruling on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the Complaint (DE 24 ) ("Motion to Dismiss"), which raises a qualified immunity defense. (DE 26 ). In light of the Court's recent ruling on the Motion to Dismiss, see (DE 38 ), and upon review of the Motion to Stay, the Motion to Stay (DE 26 ) is DENIED as moot.
