Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Douglas R. Cole:Telephone Discovery Conference held on 4/15/26. Paul Linden appeared for Plaintiff. Ray Crichett appeared for Defendants. Court heard from both parties as to discovery issues. Court directs Defendant to produce source code pursuant to protective order. Plaintiff's counsel shall not disclose the source code to anyone other than the colleague to whom he referred without further notice. If Plaintiff's counsel wishes to disclose it to an expert, he must confer with Defendants' counsel at least 72 hours in advance of such disclosure, providing the name of the expert to whom he intends to disclose it, along with a copy of that expert's CV. Defendants' counsel can the move the Court to prevent such disclosure as warranted. Parties to meet and confer on remaining discovery issues and advise the Court if they reach impasse. (mas)
