On October 5, 2026, Raelene Palmer, Esq. filed a motion to extend the deadline to file a response to the plaintiff's motion to adjudicate the attorney's lien. See ECF No. 566 . The plaintiff opposes the motion. See ECF No. 567 . I agree with the plaintiff that this motion needs to be resolved sooner rather than later. However, Ms. Palmer has requested transcripts and, due to current strains on court resources unrelated to this case, the court reporter cannot produce those transcripts until Friday, October 9, 2026. Accordingly, finding good cause, I grant in part Ms. Palmer's motion. Any response to ECF No. 565 is due on or before October 16, 2026. No reply is necessary. The court therefore moves the status conference that was previously set for October 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., see ECF No. 561, to October 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in LV Courtroom 6B.
