TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Sara Darrow on July 10, 2026. Plaintiff's 13 Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. Plaintiff's response to the 11 motion to dismiss is now due July 24, 2026. Plaintiff's 13 motion for extension of time states that "Defendant's deadline to file any Reply would correspondingly be extended through August 7, 2026," which is fourteen days from July 24, 2026. 13 Mot. Extension para. 7. The Court clarifies that "[a] reply to the response is only permitted with leave of Court" and that a motion for leave to file a reply "must be filed within 7 days after service of the response and include the proposed reply as an exhibit." Civil LR 7.1(B)(3). If Defendant seeks additional time to file a motion for leave to file a reply, it may file a motion requesting an extension. (AV)
