   MINUTE entry before the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly: Motion for leave to file under seal 46 is granted. The Court has reviewed the submission by defendants' counsel in response to the Court's order and finds it sufficient. Plaintiff's counsel is directed promptly to provide a copy of the submission to plaintiff if counsel has not already done so. The Court previously granted defendant's motion to enforce the parties' oral settlement agreement. The terms of the agreement as enforced by the Court are as follows. (1) Payment by defendant American Airlines Inc. to plaintiff Viola Heath of the agreed upon amount as stated in paragraph 1 of defendant's hearing exhibit G. (2) Upon the tender of the agreed upon amount plaintiff will be deemed to have released American Airlines Inc. and any person or entity affiliated with them of any and all claims arising out of the incident described in the plaintiff's complaint in this case. (3) There are no pending liens asserted against any settlement or recovery by the plaintiff in this case. If any lien arises hereafter it is the responsibility of the plaintiff to satisfy it. (4) Both plaintiff and defendant are required to keep the dollar amount of the settlement confidential with the following exception: plaintiff may disclose it to her accountant(s) and other financial and tax advisor(s). (5) Both plaintiff and defendant agree that they will not disparage the name; business; or reputation of any party to this case. (6) The case is hereby dismissed with prejudice and without costs pursuant to the terms of the settlement that the Court has enforced. The case is subject to reinstatement if defendant does not tender payment of the agreed upon settlement amount within 7 days of entry of this order. Civil case terminated. Mailed notice.
