TEXT ORDER: The Court has been informally made aware Ken Loveless and Desa Ballard are withholding their consent to Plaintiff's attempt to dismiss this action against Loveless with prejudice. But the Court will entertain a motion for Rule 11 sanctions, and/or go forward with any other remedies available, if proper. Therefore, not later than July 30, 2026, either (1) the parties shall file a joint reply to this Order explaining why the stipulation of dismissal should or should not be filed, or (2) Loveless and Ballard shall consent to the filing of the stipulation of dismissal.
