MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court severs and remands Mr. Hurley's workers' compensation claims against Velocity Rail and Gallagher and Bassett Services, Inc. to the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama. The Clerk of Court shall include in the documents sent to the state court the docket sheet in this action and Gallagher and Bassett Services, Inc.'s motion to dismiss.
