Minutes of In Chambers Order/Directive - no proceeding held
MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Otis D. Wright, II: The Court has reviewed the parties' Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice 14 . The Court notes, however, that the filing party failed to include an attestation in compliance with Central District Local Rule 5-4.3.4(a) governing electronic signatures. The rule mandates that "the filer must attest on the signature page of the document that all other signatories listed, and on whose behalf the filing is submitted, concur in the filing's content and have authorized the filing." C.D. Cal. L.R. 5-4.3.4(a)(2)(i). The Court DIRECTS the filing party to submit a declaration that includes the requisite attestation under Local Rule 5-4.3.4(a)(2)(i) within four (4) days of the date of this Order. (lc)
