MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 35 Letter filed by Invesco Ltd. ENDORSEMENT: GRANTED. Defendant's Rule 26(a)(2) disclosure deadline for rebuttal expert witnesses is hereby EXTENDED until July 31, 2026. The deadline for the close of expert discovery is hereby EXTENDED until September 18, 2026. To reiterate, this extension is corrective in scope and granted only to permit Defendant to ably respond to Plaintiff's belatedly disclosed experts. It is further ORDERED that the parties file a joint status letter on or before September 25, 2026, indicating whether they wish to pursue mediation or proceed to summary judgment motion practice on liability.
