Report and Recommendation
REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Jaskaranbir Singh. For the reasons detailed, the undersigned recommends that the Court GRANT, IN PART, the Petition for habeas relief by ordering Respondents to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within seven business days or otherwise release Petitioner if he has not received a lawful bond hearing within that period. It is further recommended that the Court order Respondents to certify compliance by filing a status report within seven business days of the Court's order. All as more fully set out.
