PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On August 19, 2026, the Court entered an Order (DE 160 ) granting Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction (DE 114). The Amended Complaint (DE 96 ) was dismissed without prejudice. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all hearings and deadlines are CANCELED. All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT. Should Plaintiff wish to file a second amended complaint, Plaintiff shall do so on or before September 2, 2026.
