Minutes of proceedings [non-document]: On June 9, 2026, Magistrate Judge Reuben J. Sheperd conducted a Telephone Status Conference to set mediation. In attendance were: Attorney Joseph Z. Czerwien, on behalf of Plaintiff, and Attorney Robert J. Fedor, on behalf of Defendants. The parties discussed the status of discovery and were notified that mediation will be scheduled for October 29, 2026.
