Docket Text ORDER: Upon review of the Joint Scheduling Plan, Doc. 15, the Court notes that the parties have failed to comply with the Rule 16 Order's instructions to propose deadlines "consistent with the track assignment" and to "make their initial disclosures at or within 14 days of the meet and confer under Rule 26(f) unless..., in advance of this deadline, they jointly request and are granted additional time for good cause," see Doc. 14 at 2-3. Accordingly, the Court orders the parties to submit a revised JSP that is consistent with the Track 2 assignment and initial disclosure deadline, no later than July 22, 2026.
