1 - Scheduling
SCHEDULING ORDER: The United States and the Giustina Plaintiffs filed a Joint Proposed Briefing Schedule (ECF No. 287 ) in which they request that this court further delay briefing on the Giustina Plaintiff's Motion for Relief from Judgment by 180 days "due to the status of this matter and being mindful of conserving resources." The Court finds that the parties' explanation does not set forth sufficient good cause to justify a delay in briefing of an additional 180 days and a total of 270 days. The Court nevertheless grants the parties request for delayed briefing in part. Briefing is delayed until October 27, 2026. The United States and the Giustina Plaintiffs are ordered to submit a proposed briefing schedule for the motion by October 13, 2026. Further extensions will not be granted absent a strong showing of good cause. Ordered by Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai.
