Fuentes: With attorney Spivack's motion to withdraw having been granted (doc. # 114 ), defendants are relieved of the requirement that they file a written sanctions response on 8/6/26, though they may do so if they wish. The 8/7/27 sanctions and show cause hearing stands, and at that hearing, the Court will entertain any argument or request that defendant Derikonjic wishes to make (either pro se or represented by different counsel), and he is still required to attend in person.
