1 - Terminate Deadlines and Hearings Minute Order _ Status Conference
BENCH TRIAL ORDER. Pretrial Hearing held on 7/22/2026. A Zoom Bench Trial is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 9 AM ET before Judge Jack Zouhary. Parties shall file their witness lists by Wednesday, August 5, 2026. Parties shall exchange exhibits and Plaintiff's counsel shall file a Joint "List of Exhibits" by Wednesday, August 5, 2026. Motions in Limine shall be filed by Wednesday, August 5, 2026, opposition due by Wednesday, August 12, 2026. No replies unless requested by this Court. Parties shall file a complete written transcript of each deposition to be used at trial, with specific page citations, by Monday, August 10, 2026, and shall provide a hard copy, with ECF header, to Chambers. Plaintiff's counsel to provide Chambers with a flash drive containing all properly labeled exhibits corresponding with the Joint "List of Exhibits." See JERS Order (Doc. 76 ). Plaintiff's counsel shall submit the JERS flash drive by Friday, August 21, 2026. Parties shall file any objections to any trial exhibit by Friday, August 21, 2026. In order to facilitate the creation of an accurate Realtime record, parties shall provide a "Notice to Court Reporter" by Friday, August 21, 2026.
