   ORDER: The Court hereby certifies a class of all current and former non-exempt employees of China Chao, Inc. at Store 140 at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, New York who worked at least one day with a spread of hours exceeding ten from January 11, 2019 through December 20, 2024. Plaintiffs' counsel is appointed as class counsel. Plaintiffs' motion for class certification is otherwise denied.

   The parties are referred to Magistrate Judge Dunst to decide both the appropriate method of providing class notice and whether a third-party administrator is advisable. See Defs.' Class Cert. Opp'n 15 (raising the latter issue). Plaintiffs will bear the cost associated with any class notice. See Eisen v. Carlisle & Jacquelin, 417 U.S. 156, 178-79 (1974).
