Magistrate Judge M. Page Kelley: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered re “Defendant Lee Rosenthal’s Objection to 65 Proposed Document(s).” (# 83 .)Statement 14 is unlikely to reveal relevant information; therefore, Defendant Rosenthal need not include the requested information in his affidavit. However, Defendant Rosenthal shall provide Plaintiff with a supplementary affidavit that responds to statement 20. In his objection, Defendant Rosenthal states that “believes he has identified all such accounts in his September 14, 2026 affidavit.” (#83 at 3.) If that is true and Defendant Rosenthal does not have “any monies or assets in any kind of account or instrument” not already identified in his original affidavit, he may answer so in his supplemental affidavit. But if Defendant Rosenthal does have additional monies or assets not included in his original affidavit, he must identify them.(LTV)
