ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - To date, Plaintiff has not provided the Court with any proof of service regarding Defendants Ace High Investments, LLP, or Jack Etherington. They are now the only defendants remaining in the case. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, on or before 7/27/2026: (1) Plaintiff is required to provide proof of service as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(l); or (2) Show cause as to why his claims against the remaining Defendants should not be dismissed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m).
