ORDER granting in part and denying in part 12 Defendant Samanthia Marshalls Motion to Dismiss and Brief in Support, as set forth herein. Defendant is granted absolute immunity on Plaintiffs Fourteenth Amendment claims, and those claims are dismissed with prejudice to refiling. Plaintiffs legal malpractice and legal misconduct claims are, likewise, dismissed with prejudice.
