ORDER -It is hereby ORDERED that, unless permitted by subsequent order of this Court, none of the documents requested in the November 14, 2023 Requests for Production (attached as Exhibit A, also filed at ECF No. 1595 -1), including all documents referred to in the privilege log filed at ECF No. 1587 -14 to 1587 -19, in whatever form, electronic or physical form, shall be destroyed, altered, or disposed of in any way and that any persons in the possession of such document shall maintain possession of those documents. It is further ORDERED that Mr. Bryant, counsel for Mr. Martorello, shall deliver a copy of this ORDER to Mr. Martorello and to all of the trusts, entities, and persons named in the MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT OF PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO REPATRIATE FOREIGN ASSETS AND FOR AN EVIDENTIARY HEARING (ECF No. 1410 ), and Mr. Bryant shall file a NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE with this paragraph identifying when the ORDER was delivered to each such trust, entity, or other person and to whom it was delivered.
