Minutes of proceedings [non-document] before Judge Charles Esque Fleming. The Court held a status conference on June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Attorneys David Barbee and Lawrence Stacey presented for Plaintiff. Attorney Brittany Bowland presented for Defendant. The parties agreed to the referral of this matter to the assigned magistrate judge for mediation. The Court therefore CANCELS all dates set in the existing Case Management Schedule (ECF No. 13 ) and REFERS this case to Magistrate Judge James Grimes, Jr. for mediation. All dates related to the mediation will be scheduled by Magistrate Judge Grimes.
