TEXT ORDER: Defendants' 26 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery is GRANTED. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4), a scheduling order "may be modified only for good cause and with the judge's consent." Defendants explain that the withdraw of Plaintiff's counsel has delayed the discovery process. They request a sixty-day extension to depose Plaintiff and complete discovery. For these reasons, the Court finds good cause. The close of all discovery is now August 24, 2026; dispositive motions are due on or by September 28, 2026. The deadlines set forth in the Court's April 15, 2026 Text Order are VACATED.
