(IN CHAMBERS) DECISION FOLLOWING BENCH TRIAL; ORDER RE MOTION RE EXPERT WITNESS ISSUES (DKT. 154 ); MOTION TO EXCLUDE DEFENDANTS' PUTATIVE EXPERT AND/OR PRECLUDE TESTIMONY BEYOND THE SCOPE OF EXPERT REPORT (DKT. 194 ); REQUEST TO EXCLUDE EXHIBITS 65 AND 81 (DKT. 306 ) by Judge John A. Kronstadt. Within 21 days after the issuance of this Order, after meeting and conferring as to a form of judgment, if the parties agree as to the form of the judgment, a proposed judgment, signed as approved as to form by all parties, shall be lodged. If the parties cannot agree on a form of judgment, within the same 21- day period, Plaintiff shall lodge a proposed judgment, and Defendants shall within three days thereafter, file any objections, including a redline that shows the proposed modifications to the form of judgment lodged by Plaintiff. The parties joint and/or respective filings shall also address the appropriate date to be used to calculate prejudgment interest, as well as a basis to keep any portions of this Order under seal.
