    TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER & ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION SHOULD NOT ISSUE: Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Pamela Lynn Ford shall show cause before the Honorable Mary Kay Vyskocil, United States District Judge, on October 12, 2026, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time, in Courtroom 18C of the Daniel Patrick Moynihan Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York, why a preliminary injunction should not issue under Rule 65 requiring: (a) collection and delivery of the Collateral described in Schedule A into Plaintiff's possession at UOVO in Brooklyn as specified below; (b) continued exclusive custody by Plaintiff at that facility during this action, subject to further order; and (c) compliance with the access , cooperation, and payment requirements and ancillary restraints specified below. Plaintiff retains the burden of establishing its entitlement to that relief. For purposes of this Order, "Collateral" means the pledged goods described in Sch edule A, which is physically attached and forms part of this Order. "Uovo Facility" means the Uovo facility at 105 Evergreen Ave, Brooklyn, New York 11206. Plaintiff shall provide security under Rule 65(c) in the amount of $ 20,000, by September 21, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Plaintiff shall serve the signed Order, including Schedule A, the Complaint, and all supporting motion papers on Defendant and provide copies to her counsel by September 21, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Plaintiff shall file proof of that service by September 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Service of this Order and the application does not dispense with service of the summons and Complaint in accordance with Rule 4 or a valid waiver of t hat service. Defendant's opposition papers shall be filed by September 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Plaintiff's reply papers shall be filed by September 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
