On July 8, 2026, the parties submitted that the Arbitrator has denied Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration of the arbitral award that the Arbitrator rendered against it in favor of Defendant on June 6, 2025. [Dkt. 53]. Accordingly, pursuant to the Court's Order on March 18, 2026 [Dkt. 40 at 23 ("Should the Arbitrator deny reconsideration, the Court will promptly confirm the award, as required by 9 U.S.C. § 9.")], the Court GRANTS DefendantA/Z Corporation's [Dkt. 19] Motion to Confirm Arbitration Award and for Entry of Final Judgment. In addition, as Plaintiff has filed a motion to dismiss its appeal with the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, Plaintiff's [Dkt. 43] Motion for Order to Certify Order for Interlocutory Appeal is DENIED AS MOOT.
