ORDER granting 78 Motion for Extension of Time: The Court is in receipt of Defendant's motion for extension of time ("Motion") to serve Defendants' opposition to Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment (see ECF No. 78 ). Considering Defendant's representations set forth in the Motion, including that it is submitted upon consent of all parties, said Motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, the revised briefing schedule is as follows: (1) By no later than July 6, 2026, Defendants shall serve their Opposition(s) on Plaintiff; and, (2) By no later than July 31, 2026, Plaintiff shall serve its Reply on Defendants, if any. In accordance with the bundle rule, no motion papers shall be filed with the Court until the motion is fully briefed by all parties. Plaintiff, as the moving party, is responsible for the filing of all summary judgment motion papers. See Hon.
