The Court orders the parties to file a joint status report, within one week, reporting the outcome of the petitioner's removal proceedings. If the petitioner is ordered removed, the Court would like to know if the petitioner has requested humanitarian parole and the outcome of that request. Noting the process may take some time, the Court informs the parties if they need additional time to submit their filings, they can request it. The Court takes the matter under advisement.
