All Phase 1 discovery must be completed on or before October 30, 2026, unless the parties agree or the Court directs that Phase 1 discovery depositions may be taken following the filing of motions for court-facilitated notice and class action certification. The deadline for completion and the details of Phase 2 (merits) discovery are RESERVED. By no later than July 15, 2026, Plaintiffs must, in accordance with Local Rules 7.01 and 15.01, file a motion for leave to file an amended complaint adding theories of recovery.
