ORDER that Geico's Motion to Dismiss 54 is GRANTED in part for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) and is DENIED AS MOOT in part as to all other remaining claims; that Drive New Jersey and Progressive Insurance's Motion to Dismiss 55 is GRANTED in part for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) and is DENIED AS MOOT in part as to all other remaining claims; and that Gregg's Motion to Dismiss 72 is DENIED AS MOOT; that Plaintiff's Complaint is DISMISSED, in its entirety, without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1); that within thirty (30) days of the date of the Court's accompanying Opinion and this Order, Plaintiffs may file an amended complaint curing the deficiencies outlined in the Court's Opinion; that the Clerk of Court shall TERMINATE docket entry numbers 54, 55, and 72.
