ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Before the Court is an Unopposed Motion to Dismiss All Claims (Doc. No. 145 ) stating that the remaining parties in this action have reached a settlement resolving this litigation entirely. The parties agree that dismissal of this action shall be with prejudice, the Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the settlement agreement, and any outstanding court costs will be divided evenly between Construction Management, Inc. and Platinum Hospitality, LLC.
