STIPULATION AND ORDER: NOW THEREFORE, consistent with the Courts direction that Defendants' motions proceed under proposed stipulation and order (ECF No. 615), the parties stipulate and agree that, with regards to Wakeferns motion for Rule 11 sanctions and Plaintiffs cross-motion for Rule 11 sanctions, the following page limits and briefing schedule shall apply: a. On or before July 16, 2026, Wakefern may file a motion for sanctions pursuant to Rule 11 with a single opening brief in support of that motion of no longer than 8,750 wordspages. pursuant to Local Rule 7.1(c).b. On or before November 20, 2026, Plaintiffs may file a single combined brief inresponse/opposition to Wakefern's motion, including a cross-motion for sanctions pursuant toRule 11, of no longer than 8,750 wordsc. On or before January 20, 2027, Wakefern may file a single combined reply briefin further support of its motion and in response/opposition to Plaintiffs cross-motion forsanctions of no longer than 3,500 words.d. On or before February 22, 2027, Plaintiffs may file a reply brief in further supportof their cross-motion for sanctions of no longer than 3.500 words. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Jesse M.
