Status Conference - optional html form ~Util - Terminate Civil Case
MINUTES OF Status Conference held before Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: The Court hears from the parties about the status of the underlying state case. That is, the case is currently stayed, and closing this case is solely for the administrative convenience of the Court and the parties to avoid the costs of active monitoring. If either party seeks to reopen the case, it shall do so within 14 days of any formal or informal resolution of the underlying state case. Failure to timely move to reopen will be deemed consent to permanently close the matter.(Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) Court Reporter: Maria Bustillos. (jgr)
