Minute Order ~Util - 1 Set/Reset Deadlines and Hearings
MINUTE ORDER issued by the Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Dena M. Coggins on 9/14/2026: Having considered the parties' 38 Joint Status Report and proposed schedule, the court issues the following Scheduling Order consistent with Judge Coggins's scheduling practices: fact discovery shall be completed by 5/14/2027; expert disclosures shall be completed by 6/11/2027; rebuttal disclosures shall be completed by 7/9/2027; expert discovery shall be completed by 7/30/2027; and all motions, except for motions for continuances, temporary restraining orders or other emergency applications shall be filed no later than 9/30/2027 and be noticed for hearing on a date that is listed on Judge Coggins's webpage and is no more than 60 days after the filing of the motion. The parties need not file a Joint Notice of Trial Readiness; rather, upon resolution of any motions filed by the 9/30/2027 deadline, or upon passing of that deadline if no such motions are filed, the court will set a Final Pretrial Conference. A trial date will be set during the Final Pretrial Conference. Further, in light of this Order, the Status Conference set for 9/25/2026 before District Judge Dena M. Coggins is hereby VACATED.
