PAPERLESS ORDER granting 83 Motion to Compel. For the reason's stated on the record at the July 17 and July 28, 2026, hearings, see [ECF Nos. 78, 79], Plaintiff is ORDERED to execute the authorizations attached to Defendants' Motion as Exhibit E, see [ECF No. [83-5]].
Further, while Plaintiff raises objections to Defendant's Second Set of Interrogatories and Second Request for Production in his Response, see [ECF No. 86 ], he failed to timely do so when the discovery was propounded. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 34(b)(2)(A) (giving thirty day deadline to respond or object to requests for production); Fed. R. Civ. P. 33(b)(2) (giving thirty day deadline to respond or object to interrogatories). Thus, Plaintiff's objections are untimely and waived. See S.D. Fla. L.R. 26.1(e)(2)(A) ("Any ground not stated in an objection within the time provided by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, or any extensions thereof, shall be waived."). Plaintiff is further ORDERED to respond to Defendants' Second Set of Interrogatories and Second Request for Production attached to Defendants' Motion as Exhibit F.
Plaintiff shall execute the relevant authorizations and respond to Defendants' Second Set of Interrogatories and Second Request for Production by September 21, 2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge Lisette M. Reid on 9/9/2026. (mka)
