R. 26.1(a); and (4) counsel must certify there has been a good faith effort to resolve any discovery disputes prior to the filing of any discovery motions, Local Civ. R. 7.1(c)(2). The court will take no further action regarding the improperly filed notice of objections, and any future filing must comply with the Federal Rules and the courts Local Rules of Civil Procedure.
