I therefore ADOPT the Report and Recommendation in its entirety. Defendants' motions to dismiss are GRANTED. Plaintiff is permitted to file an amended complaint by October 12, 2026. If Plaintiff does not file an amended complaint that attempts to plausibly plead a claim under the DTSA by October 12, 2026, I will dismiss the DTSA claim, decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over any state claims, and dismiss the state claimswithout prejudice to refiling in state court.
