That plaintiff missed a discovery deadline and defendant retained additional defense counsel a month ago are not good enough reasons for such a lengthy extension of discovery. In consideration of the fact that the parties briefed a motion to dismiss while discovery was ongoing, the parties can have an additional 3 weeks of discovery.
