SCHEDULING ORDER: Defendants' response to Plaintiffs' request for a pre-motion conference states that Defendants completed their response to Plaintiffs' discovery requests on July 29, 2026. Yet, Plaintiffs' reply, which is not permitted under this Court's Individual Rules, states that they still request a pre-motion conference before the Court. However, Plaintiffs do not state the basis for their continued request for a pre-motion conference. Nor does the Court see any basis if Defendants have completed their production. Accordingly, on or before August 3, 2026, Plaintiffs shall submit a letter, not to exceed two pages, setting forth the basis for their continued request for a pre-motion conference in light of Defendants' production served on July 29, 2026.
