PAPERLESS ORDER SCHEDULING MEDIATION. The parties have filed a Joint Notice of Mediator Selection and Hearing [ECF No. 184]. Mediation in this case shall be held before Michael A. Hanzman on November 9, 2027, at 9:30 a.m. ET, via Zoom teleconference.
Within three days of the mediation, the parties must file (or arrange for the mediator to file) a mediation report. The report must indicate whether the case has settled (in full or in part), whether mediation was adjourned, or whether the mediator declared an impasse. If the mediation was adjourned, the parties must contemporaneously file a notice indicating the date and time to which it was adjourned and file a second mediation report within three days of the resumed mediation. If the parties fail to timely comply with this Order, we may impose sanctions.
