Minute Order Vacating Discovery Conference and Setting Status Conference for August 10, 2026. On July 22, 2026, the parties jointly filed a Status Report (ECF No. 767 ) representing that, based on current meet and confer discussions, there are no discovery issues for the Court to address at this time. However, the parties request to reserve their right to revive any discovery issue for future disposition. In the absence of a discovery issue that presently requires Court intervention, the Court hereby VACATES the Discovery Conference set for July 24, 2026.Further, the Court SETS a Status Conference for August 10, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. before Magistrate Judge Valerie E. Torres. To ensure the timely resolution of any discovery disputes, the parties shall make every effort to finally resolve any remaining disputes by August 10, 2026 or shall be prepared to inform the Court by that date what discovery issues require Court intervention.
