Psychiatric Solutions, Inc., 750 F.3d 1253, 1262 (11th Cir. 2014) ("District courts have unquestionable authority to control their own dockets [and] [t]his authority includes broad discretion in deciding how best to manage the cases before them."). The corrected complaint shall make no substantive changes to the allegations and will not be construed as an amended pleading under Rule 15. Defendant is not required to file an answer to the forthcoming corrected complaint. KST Data, Inc. v. DXC Tech. Co., 980 F.3d 709, 715 (9th Cir. 2020) ("A defendant is not required to file a new answer to an amended complaint when the allegations in the amended complaint do not change the theory or scope of the case" (quotations omitted)).
