(Hengfeng), on multiple occasions, but never received a response. When the Court directs the "parties" to file a status report, it expects both parties to participate in the preparation of the status report. The Court directs Hengfeng to file a status report explaining why it failed to comply with the Court's order, as well as its position as to the issues left to try in the case, as well as whether Hengfeng consents to trial by the Magistrate Judge, on or before 8/27/2026.
