IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's counsel's First Motion to Withdraw as Attorney of Record (Doc. 120 ) and Amended Motion to Withdraw as Attorney of Record (Doc. 122 ) are taken under advisement pending entry of substitute counsel. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Tokarz shall engage substitute counsel on or before October 5, 2026, so that substitute counsel shall enter his appearance on or before that date. The parties are on notice that any failure to comply with any part of this Order may result in sanctions, including contempt of court and dismissal of this case with prejudice and without further notice.
