Defendants appeared through counsel Michael K. Hobbs. The Court grants Plaintiff's 73 Motion for 30-Day Extension of Stay and Request for Status Conference as unopposed and for good cause shown. The Court extends the prior stay of all Scheduling Order deadlines and requirements and discovery for another 30 days until 10/29/2026. Once the stay expires on 10/29/2026, the parties shall confer regarding proposed new case deadlines and settings and Defendants' counsel shall email the parties' jointly proposed amended scheduling order to chambers by 11/12/2026. A Scheduling/Status Conference is set for 11/18/2026 at 11:00 AM (Central Time) by telephone before Magistrate Judge Jennifer B. Wieland. Participants must dial CONFERENCE LINE: 1-855-244-8681 and enter ACCESS CODE: 2318 597 5583 to join the conference. As discussed during the Status Conference, the Court will not rule on Plaintiff's other pending motions (Dkts. 48 & 62) until after the stay expires on 10/29/2026.
