Order
TEXT ORDER: By order dated June 18, 2026, the court informed the parties that referral of the proposed settlement and any unresolved matters in the case to a United States Magistrate Judge is appropriate given the undersigneds docket, the age of this case, and the need for a prompt resolution. (ECF No. 45 ). The court instructed the parties to advise the Clerk of Court of any objection to the referral of this matter on or before June 25, 2026. It also informed them that the failure to object to such referral shall be deemed consent to referral. Accordingly, having received no objections, this matter is hereby referred to a United States Magistrate Judge for settlement approval and final disposition, with any appeal thereof to be directly to the Fourth Circuit. IT IS SO ORDERED. Entered at the direction of the Honorable Chief Judge Timothy M Cain on 6/26/26. (kmca)
