TEXT ORDER: The Court thanks the parties for its very excellent and thorough briefing, and prompt responses to its inquiries into the Court's jurisdiction. For the reasons articulated and stipulated by both parties at ECFs 100 , 103 , 104 , and 113 , the Court is satisfied that it has the requisite subject matter jurisdiction in this case. The motions to dismiss at ECF 64 and ECF 65 will therefore be reinstated to the Court's active docket on August 24 at 10:00am, unless either Defendant files a letter before that time indicating that they would like to file a new motion, rather than proceed with reinstatement of the existing ones..
