ORDER PERMITTING REDACTION granting in part 371 Defendants' Motion to Seal Documents Related to 310 Plaintiffs' Reply in Support of their 306 Motion to De-Designate. Defendants' unopposed request that Plaintiffs' provisionally sealed 310 Reply remain under seal and that a redacted version be filed in the public record is granted. The Court has reviewed the limited redaction proposed by Defendants and finds it appropriately protects description of documents the Court has previously ordered sealed. Counsel provisionally filing under seal the 310 Reply is directed to file Defendants' proposed redacted document in the public record forthwith using the Redacted Document event. The provisionally sealed 310 Reply will remain sealed, and the clerk is directed to remove the "provisional" sealing designation from the 310 Reply. Defendants' request that the provisionally sealed 316 Declaration of Conrad Johnson remain under seal is withdrawn per ECF No. 376 (stating "Teva agrees that the Declaration of Conrad Johnson...may be published without redaction"). The clerk shall unseal the provisionally sealed 316 Declaration of Conrad Johnson, and the clerk is directed to remove the "provisional" designation from the 316 Declaration.
