EO: This matter comes before the Court on Public First Law Center's 1 Motion to Unseal Court Records and 9 Letter Brief in Case No. 24-mc-00215 seeking to unseal several filings in Case No. 1:22-cr-000048-TMB-NC. Pursuant to the Court's 755 Order, and given the close of evidence in Case No. 1:22-cr-000048-TMB-NC, the Court directs the United States and Defendants in that case to reexamine the filings identified in the Sealed Document Status form attached to this Order, confer, and jointly determine whether each filing: (1) should remain sealed to the public; (2) may be unsealed in its entirety; or (3) may be un-redacted in part, and if so, to what extent, consistent with this Order. Counsel shall separately submit any filings un-redacted in part by emailing them in pdf format to Chambers' Proposed Orders Box along with a copy of the completed Sealed Document Status form on or before June 5, 2024.
