Thrash, Jr.: denying 225 Motion for Clarification; denying 226 Motion for Reconsideration; taking under advisement 228 Motion for Reconsideration; Discovery Hearing held on 9/2/2026: The Court heard argument from the parties on the motions and for the reasons stated on the record DENIED GM and OnStar's 225 MOTION for Clarification and their 226 MOTION for Partial Reconsideration. Verisk's 228 Motion for Partial Reconsideration was TAKEN UNDER ADVISEMENT. After ruling on the motions, the Court heard from the parties on their submitted discovery disputes. Counsel for Defendants GM and OnStar were ORDERED to provide all the driving data collected from the first and second named Plaintiffs up until June 2024, including the personal driving data distributed to any third parties, to the Plaintiffs.
